Your use of HotImg's services, including the related mobile applications and websites (collectively, the "Service"), is governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and HotImg.com. -You do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
-Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
-Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

5. Termination

HotImg.com may terminate or suspend any and all Services and your HotImg.com account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HotImg.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
