What is the maximum file size?

For free registered user, each file must be 20MB or smaller. But for anonymous user, each file can only be 10MB or smaller.

What file types are supported?

Images of the file types JPG, JPEG, PSD, BMP, GIF, TIFF and NFO are supported.

I have uploaded some images via URL upload, but they are still under processing.

It depends on the spike of traffic and the amount of other people who have uploaded images to our server. It may take a few minutes for processing.

How do I rename an image?

You can do this with ease in File Manager. Simply mouse over to the image, and click on the " Rename " button.

How do I create an album?

Click on the " Albums " button in File Manager, and choose " New Album ". Once it is created, simply go to " My Storage " and select the images that you want to move into this Album.

How do I delete an album in the File Manager?

Click on the " Albums " button, and choose " Delete Album ". Then you can choose which album to be deleted. Once you have confirmed, all images in the album will also be deleted.
